Clinical Nutrition Process
01
Complimentary Consultation
A complimentary consultation in the clinic, by phone, or via telehealth (zoom). This time is used to go through a brief questionnaire, overview of health history, listen carefully, and understand if this is the right fit for your needs. This visit is approximately 15-30 min.
02
Intake & Laboratory Testing
To get an accurate picture of your current health and get to the root cause we believe it is vital to go through an in-depth health history, a thorough symptoms questionnaire, and utilize conventional and advanced laboratory testing.
03
Health Profile Review
This visit serves two purposes; the first half of the appointment is where we identify your current health status by reviewing your health history, questionnaire, and laboratory testing. The second half of the appointment is to design a plan specific to your needs built around your health goals. This visit is approximately 60-90 min.
04
Your Program
Your personalized program depends on your specific needs. In cases of more complexity, a managed care program is recommended that simplifies the process and provides guidance during the step-by-step plan. In cases of less complexity, a self-guided process with intermittent check-ins is recommended.
